Koko black team were great. Unfortunately the courier team decided to leave my parcel out the front gate of my apartment building and didn’t even ring the bell - so all of the chocolate was melted by the time a neighbour found it and brought it in. Lucky it wasn’t stolen by anyone walking along the street I guess. The delivery also specified ‘signature required’ so not sure why Koko isn’t holding them accountable for these issues
