Absolutely loved all that was sent but unfortunately it took 3 attempts by the couriers to deliver same which became frustrating. The first attempt was confusing as they claimed they had attempted to make a delivery which was not entirely correct. It had never left the depot! The second attempt was even more bizarre. The courier drove from the northern end of the Gold Coast to our address in the south but then advised that he didn’t have the goods with him! Very odd. We finally received them on the third attempt. I love Koko Black but would not order any more due to the incompetence of the couriers
