Positive - Chocolates were delicious as always and I love that they are produced down the road in Coburg.
Negative - but the delivery process was disappointing - I paid extra to keep them cool in transit but they went from Melbourne, Sydney to WA so this was a waste of $. It took 13 days to deliver to WA and the third delivery we’ve had issues with the gift going via Sydney. I submitted a complaint and haven’t had a response. Not sure if I will purchase a gift again.
