Ich bin mit den Produkten der Firma extrem zufrieden, Qualität und Geschmack sind großartig.
Leider hatte ich beim online bestellen jedoch schon mehrfach Probleme.
Einmal wurde die falsche Sorte zugestellt, ein anderes mal hatte ich zwei Sorten (orange & Grapefruit) bestellt und dann eine Mixkiste erhalten. Der kund:innen Service ist total nett und hat umgehend gehandelt, allerdings war ich beim zweiten Fehler schon ziemlich genervt. Die Logistik ist also noch Ausbaubar. Ich bestelle trotzdem erneut.
