Einige Sorten sind echt sauer, wie z.B. pur, mit Blüten, oder mit Ingwer. Schmeckt fast wie Apfelessig. Wir hatten früher einen Kombucha-Pilz zuhause und ich hatte den Gesxhmack von Kombucha deutlich milder in Erinnerung. Aber die Sorten Citrus und Orange schmecken sehr gut , sind echt belebend und erfrischend und ich habe das Gefühl, dass es der Verdauung echt gut tut. Hab ein bisschen Bedenken wegen der Hefe, aber ich hoffe, die wird durch den Kombuchapilz irgendwie umgewandelt und ist inaktiv ?
