Ordered Hozelock Water Timer. No confirmation or order number given. No item delivered. Tried repeatedly to contact them, using ‘chat’ facility, online messaging and two emails. No answer to any, and still no item almost a month later. Item now showing as out of stock on website. Look like scam artists. Also wish I’d checked reviews before buying. AVOID.
