TOTALLY BUST!! Fortunately I only bought a few items for less than £20 & was sent tracking info that lead nowhere. The items were never sent and all contact with customer service was ignored. There is suspiciously no phone number to access Konnec and when I checked on Companies House.. both directors appeared to have resigned very recently (Aug '22) They shouldn't have been allowed to take any orders at all because they are clearly ceasing trading. PLEASE DO NOT BUY from this sham company at all. You'll just be giving them money for nothing. I imagine that they won't be giving refunds so it's a tough lesson learned. I'm only sorry for people who spent so much more. PLEASE BEWARE
