I am constantly impressed by Kooee, both the sticks and the customer service. We’ve been buying the sticks for a couple of years, and although they do stretch us financially, they are invaluable for our busy family. I love them in lunchboxes or snacks for kids, knowing they’re getting protein to keep them satisfied. I’m a midwife and take them to work to snack on when we inevitably don’t get to tea break. I used to end up lightheaded and would go for chocolate or a biscuit, not anymore! The beef stick is our favorite. We bought some from flannerys and they were off, I emailed Kooee to check if they were normal and Shaun was awesome, offering a refund even though it wasn’t bought directly. It wasn’t necessary but it was reassuring knowing they care for their customers and want us to have a good experience with Kooee. We will continue to be long term customers.
