I received my first order after using my friends products and I liked them very much but I was disappointed with regard to the packaging, all the boxes were damaged. I was so disappointed at the lack of quality of the packaging that I haven’t even tried products. I thought I was supposed to get a little tote bag like my friend did, but I didn’t get one. We ordered the same amount of products. I expected more from the company and as it’s supposed to be high end skin care products . I’m very disappointed. I received better packaging from Amazon, and that’s something as they are not on the same level. Anyway, since I’ve not opened any of the merchandise, I am contemplating returning the products and never using your company again and I’m not recommending others. .
