Never received the product! Over 17 days, still haven't received product. This is the SECOND time I'm having issues with this company with delivery and proper documents for customs. I had to pay extra money while customs sorted out the package the first time because there were insufficient documents and I suspect this will happen again. I alerted the company of this issue and they didn't offer to pay the extra fees or offer a discount code for my next purchase. They simply didn't care and made me deal with customs/border. ****Also please note the formula changed for this body lotion. When I first asked the company, I was told it was the same as its always been. Then another representative told me it was changed. Thats why the smell and color are significantly different. The formula does not feel as enriching as it used to. Will not be purchasing from this company again.
