I really like your products especially the Noni Bright Vt C Serum but I'm afraid I am not impressed by the amount of packaging and the level of non recycled or recyclable plastics used. As a company marketing organic, natural ingredients, I would have thought using sustainable packaging would go hand in hand. What about exploring the idea of going almost plastic free? All those nozzles and extra bits of plastic you put on the bottles is really non essential, it would definitely make me reluctant to buy the products again even though I do love them. It would be fabulous if you could think of ways to improve this situation so that your customers don't feel like they're just adding to the global plastic mountain in the name of personal beauty.
