Hello Miranda, I really appreciate the opportunity to give you feedback here, as I was going to email customer service. My rating of 2 stars only applies to this recent purchase. Ordinarily I would rate Kora Organics with 5 stars. When I previously bought this body lotion, I was so happy with it. It felt beautiful on my skin and was so readily absorbable and moisturising. Which is why I purchased 3 more bottles recently. Unfortunately Miranda, it's just not the same quality product this time. It feels more like a sorbolene-based lotion; the lotion feels thicker and greasier and even 30 minutes after applying it, my skin still feels greasy. Disappointingly, all 3 bottles are the same. Whereas previously it was such a lovely lotion to use; so very light and so moisturising. As I'm housebound I have been unable to return it to you. I'm hoping that this has just been a bad batch and in future this body lotion will be as it was. Previous to this experience Miranda, I've loved all the products I've bought from you and I was delighted that I had found a wonderfully ethical company which sold truly beautiful products. I hope my recent experience doesn't become the norm so that I can remain a customer. Yours sincerely, Linda
