This email looks like a mockery. Your managers do not answer until I wrote on Instagram. I still haven't received my purchase because the managers don't know how to collect all the documents for sending all over the world. My order is stuck at customs and no one can help me and can't tell how long it will be there. Most likely, this email will also not receive any response, because you do not care about your customers. All I want is for you to return my money.
