I am sorry this is a negative comment but hopefully constructive. I am from Perth, I made an online order for a guitar pedal on the 30th November, my bank account was immediately charged for the purchase and I had a message that the pedal was picked up from your Melbourne store and was on the way. To date, I haven’t received anything, no updates and when I went on the shipping tracker email link, it comes up as “oops, page is not available”. I called the Kosmic online dept thrice and was told “the pedal is definitely in the Perth depot and I will receive an updated email and the pedal will reach me soon”. To date, nothing has come and I have NOT received the promised email confirmation from your Kosmic online team (As promised). I am really disappointed with my experience. Mark
