Today I went to Kosmic Sound in Osborne Park to ask someone to help me sort out my PA mixer. I didn't purchase it from them, and it is well and truly beyond the warranty period. I have been battling with it for a long time. To cut a long story short I was served by a young man who I would rate as being excellent. He took on my issue, made it his problem and resolved it. It did take a little while due to the complexity but to this young man's credit he did not give up. The whole time I was on the premises I felt welcome and that they wanted to help me. The customer service this fellow displayed was exactly what I needed. The business must be commended for employing him and the business must also commend him. Well done. First Class.
