What an awful place - god forbid you pick up an item late, or you'll literally be shouted at very rudely for 'treating them as a storage facility'. The male member of staff didn't even let me explain why I was delayed to collect my item, and went off on a tirade. Having looked through the negative reviews of this shop in Google, it's quite clear that this man has an anger problem and no concept of what customer service is. This isn't a one off occurance, and there seems to be a pattern here - look through the reviews yourself. AVOID THIS PLACE! It's a shame because the lady was the complete opposite, and was very nice upon drop off. I can't comment on the repair work as I only collected the item today. Word of advice: give this place a miss and support small businesses that actually treat people with respect. In a post-pandemic world, there are many reasons why people may collect items late, yet this company has no awareness of this, sensitivity or discretion. A company like this that has no empathy towards their customers does not deserve your business. AVOID THIS PLACE!!!
