Simply the Best!!! I have had a broken handle on my carry on case since December 2020. I felt I could repair it myself so contacted the manufacturer and they could not help because they could not get the parts for my model. I contacted many repair companies and none could help. KPA was the only company who asked me to bring in the case so they could take look at it and then they would tell me if they could fix it or not. I took it in and was asked to leave it and I would receive a call in few days I wasn’t confident but was hopeful. Well three days later I receive a call telling that my case was repaired and ready for collection. The gentleman who repair it is performed the perfect job and I am soooooooo happy with my case which will last many years to come. Well Dine KPA, you are the BEST!!!!
