I got my account set up which took way too long. Finally deposited funds into Kraken VIA ACH and the funds hit within 24 hours as expected by Kraken kept them locked up for 5 more days. Ridiculous move btw. So I did a Federal Wire which included my customer ID per their instructions and after my funds not showing up for nearly 24 hours I inquired as to what was wrong with their poorly trained customer service. After nearly 8 more hours they sent me an email stating they were returning my wire to my bank and they were shutting down my account within 72 hours with not reason as to why. LOL seriously? Choose COINBASE or any other crypto site.
