DONT ORDER! I placed order 6 weeks ago.no parcel. I have emailed several times.template email reply of 'apology for delay, check Ups status'
Several UPS emails of ;on route/delayed/returned to Germany. They are trying to blame Brexit Ive had several other EU parcels.clearly Kramer dont have correct paperwork in place.(only 5 yrs notice) Their website states UK anyway!
I was promised def delivery today, 25/3/21. No parcel! UPS updated states 'problem!'
V poor customer service. No feedback or communication.
I will def not order again.
