Ich backe schon lange selbst Brot und habe verschiedene Backformen ausprobiert. Der Gusstopf produziert das beste Ergebnis, was ich bis jetzt gebacken habe: außen ist das Brot sooo knusprig und innen immer noch saftig. Ich kann den Topf sehr empfehlen. Das dazu bestellte Bäckermesser ist handlich und solide gefertigt und mit ihm lässt es sich super arbeiten.
