Ich habe den Gusseisen Emaillie Topf gekauft und man kann damit wirklich hervorragendes Brot backen! Das Brot klebt nicht am Boden fest und lässt sich locker aus dem Topf holen. Der Gärkorb ist auch sehr praktisch. Leider hat sich allerdings nach dem ersten Backen die Emallie an einer Stelle dauerhaft verfärbt und eine Art Blase gebildet. Dass ist natürlich sehr enttäuschend und spricht meiner Meinung nach nicht von hoher Qualität, mit der jedoch geworben wird. Zum Glück ist die Emaillie nicht abgeplatzt es ist aber dennoch nicht zufriedenstellend.
