Die Keramikreiben sind genau wie abgebildet und funktionieren super. Wegen eines Fehlers bei DHL war die erste Bestellung an Kumaio zurückgegangen, ein Anruf beim Kundenservice und das Paket wurde einfach wieder losgeschickt und dazu war der kontakt noch superfreundlich und persönlich. Das Paket kam dann schnell, war bruchsicher gepackt und es lag ein !handgeschriebener! Gruß dabei. Hier kaufe ich gerne wieder. :)
