I have been an early adopter of KURK. I'm 83 and dose myself between four and five a day. I feel well and people say I look younger than I am; so here is a recent picture of me as I hurtle towards my 83rd year. I walk five miles a day average. I live in a house with lots of stairs. I don't take any medication. I eat a wide variety diet and have never smoked or been overweight. Don't drink alcohol. I sound like a Goody-Goody.
