Service is great....ordered a cap with printing on it and it was out into the postal service in a couple of days. We're in western Canada, so it takes a few days to clear customs and move across the continent. To be expected. Previously ordered a couple of caps for my son....he loves them and as he changes bikes each year he moves his caps from the 'old' to the new. The caps are beautifully machined....fit perfectly. Providing the well-crafted specialty items you do in short order is great....my wife loved the addition to her new (Mother's Day) bike. It's a nice little personal touch on the machinery. Thanks
