Had Quik Fit mobile replace tyres on my car this week but the first time I've driven I see I have a flat tyre.
I then got support from BMW roadside recovery who told me that the tyres on my car are not run flat despite these being specified to Kwik Fit.
I have tried to call Kwikfit Mobile customer service to discuss the matter and was kept in a queue for over 20 mins and spent the last 12 of these being told I was first in the queue. I then ran out of time and had to leave without speaking to anyone.
How few customer service agents are working if I can be first for over 10 minutes?
