I booked my car MOT for 23rd June month ago. Today I have been told we cannot do MOT on 23rd as we don't have MOT equipment till 24th June. I requested to get it done early. Mechanics was adamant to do it only on 24th. I explained that its my daughter's 5th Birthday and I committed her so I don't want to ruin my day waiting whole day and also asked what do you mean you don't have MOT equipment at branch. It's bizarre for me. Finally I gave up raised a complaint at head office and booked my MOT with Halford in short notice without having any trouble. Guys please don't use Kwik-Fit staff is so abusive and rude. They don't value Customer so we shouldn't value them. Please shop around many others will provide better service in cheaper prices.
