I visited llandduno for a day out when we arrived there we had a problem with the car we looked underneath and saw that the bracket that holds the shock in to place had lost the nuts and was hanging off so we took a chance and called in to kwik-fit bear in mind they do tyres batteries ect I ask if the could help and get us back on the road to head home all we need is 4 nuts which they didn't have the right size so to my amazement the area manager stuart took me to halfords to no joy they didn't have the size so we went another garage still no joy 3 garages later to llandduno garage which was the last place we could try we found the 4 nuts and didn't charge a penny so stuart drove us back in his own car and time and put the car on the ramp and fixed it him self with in 19 minutes the car was fixed and they never charged us a penny so as we were so grateful we donated £30 to there cancer charity these guys are top blokes so next time your in a spot of bother always give them a chance like we did we couldn't thank then enough llandduno kwik-fit well do lads 10 out of 10 from us 👍👍
