Having had problems with the tyres on a Ford Focus, losing pressure over three to four days on three of the the tyres, I decided to see if Kwik-fit could sort it out. I hoped it wasn't punctures as that would be expensive. Initially I went to the Earley branch who identified it was the valves but hadn't got replacements available. They were very quick and friendly and suggested I try the Reading branch who would have the relevant valves. I phoned the Reading branch who said they were fully booked but to come along and they would see what they could do. Within 6 minutes of arriving at Reading, The car was examined to confirm that the valves were at fault. and immediately they got to work to fix the problems on all 4 tyres. Within 30 minutes new valves were fitted and tested. They were brilliant, friendly and I couldn't be more pleased with their performance. Hugely recommended. Well done Kwik-fit.
