Had a fantastic experience at Kwik Fit in Newark on Trent recently that I just had to share. I rang the centre and spoke to a young guy called Jordan and explained that I was having some vibration issues with my car that i thought might be wheel balance issues . Before I'd even told him what car I drove, he said "is your car a Polestar 2 by any chance? " ....... "Yes, I replied" ........ " and does it have Michelin Tyres on it currently?" ..... again, I replied "Yes" ...... But how could he know this ? He then explained that there's been a problem with these Tyres and I should bring it in to check it out. The next day I took my car in and spoke to Ashley (the centre Manager) , and told him about the conversation i had with Jordan . Within an hour, Ashley had gained approval from the leasing company to replace all 4 tyres and had fitted all four tyres . FANTASTIC SERVICE !! .... Well done to both Jordan & Ashley !!
