We bought a garden furniture set less than 18mths ago and it is falling apart! The mechanisms are literally falling out of the chairs! It has woodworm, it is grey even though we have treated it with furniture oil and has deep cracks in the wood!!! Kybotech basically do not want to know.... We have been offered furniture oil as a good will gesture as it is over 12mths old.
So, if you are happy to buy a furniture set that has a life expectancy of only 12months then this is the Company for you.
Otherwise, save your hard earned money and spend it elsewhere
