Refund Process: After much hassle and repeated requests, the shed was finally collected on April 17th, and a refund was issued. However, the process was fraught with delays and poor communication. Compensation Request Denied: Given the significant inconvenience and time wasted, I sought reasonable compensation. Kybotech denied this request, citing their terms and conditions, disregarding the extent of the disruption caused to my life. The lack of accountability and customer empathy shown by Kybotech has been disheartening. Not only did they fail to resolve the issue efficiently, but they also showed little regard for the impact of their service failures. Final Thoughts: I would urge potential customers to think twice before dealing with Kybotech. The stress, time wasted, and overall poor handling of my situation reflect a company that falls short of basic customer service expectations.
