I ordered three pairs of shoes and received one pair after two weeks, the 2nd pair after three weeks and never received the 3rd pair. I finally contacted them on the missing third pair and asked for a refund. Though they did do so, I felt the service was horrible. No ‘sorry’ on the delay at all. This was my first time ordering from them and definitely Italy the last time. I could not fathom how they continue to have sales without fulfilling previous orders.
