Customer service is really terrible. The company didn't send my online order until three weeks and two (unanswered) emails to them. Items were the wrong size but when I went to the store, turns out no stores had any other sizes. Since the shoes were purchased on a Black Friday promo they were apparently "final sale" (they have since updated their website to say that). The clerk argued with me repeatedly that despite them not having my size available I could only exchange the shoes and not get a refund. Extremely rude and dismissive customer service from start to finish. I would never shop there again. How this company can still be in business is baffling. Once they have your money they treat you like garbage, because you aren't getting a dime of your money back no matter what.
