I purchased a pair of leather boots from L'Intervalle in November, expecting them to last at least a season. Fast forward just a few months, and the soles are already cracking and falling apart! For the price, I expected much better durability, but these boots are absolute garbage. To make matters worse, when I reached out to L'Intervalle for support, they completely dismissed my concerns and refused to do anything about it. No exchange, no repair, nothing. Their so-called "customer service" is as disappointing as their product quality. Save yourself the frustration and wasted money—DO NOT buy from L'Intervalle!
