This is the second time they’ve delivered wrong sized product and offered 30% discount instead of replacement or full refund. Im an international client so they expect me to bear the loss.
Please bear this in mind before spending thousands, you may receive the wrong product and not get a replacement or full refund. I have never experienced this with other retailers/designers. I feel they should include this in the t&c so that customers can make an informed choice, especially if they’re spending copious amounts of money. Not sure what the consumer law is there to protect customers in Pakistan.
