After waiting for 4 weeks I received the order and one of the Shirt top lengths is 38 inches(which is for small size) but as per the style and product description, it was supposed to be a long shirt and supposed to be at least 42 inches for large size. Due to shorter length pants and shirt style doesn't match at all. I ordered for Eid and now I don't have the extra budget to buy another one as I already spent around $160 Canadian on this dress plus around $55 on Duty/service charges/taxes. I emailed customer service at LAAM as well as dropped a WhatApps message and in return they offer me 5% for the shorter length. This company thinks that they can send any product and offer a charity amount to keep the unwearable product. I purchased from this site multiple times and in the past, I didn't have any issues but this time they disappointed me, and I don't think I will use them for future purchases if they don't take accountability for their mistakes. MislNaina - Luxury Pret I am hoping that they will come up with a better solution.
