Ordered on 14 June and received on 17 July. I have purchased 14 items that costed 93,380 PKR/ £255.83 + shipping 20,500 PKR / £56.16 and then import tax £104. So, all in all, total cost for shopping with Laam is £415.99. 13 items being unstitched and one stitched. (Will need to paid to get the items stitched). Thankfully, I was one of the lucky ones to receive their order. I paid full price for four branded item which clearly are replicas but company insisting they 'only deliver 100% authentic and original products of the finest quality, sourced from authorized distributors.' Which very much is a not accurate, as there are clear differences between the picture on their website and the items I have gotten (but that is another topic altogether). My issue is with two items: RJ Blue fever - came stained and entirely different trousers Maria B - Black - EL-23-04 - burn marks on the dupatta I had contacted customer support straight away and even provided pictures of my concerns. But couldn't return the items because it is an international order and was offered a 5% refund as compensation. I paid one worth £56.16 and the other £42.33 so 5% refund is £2 roughly for each - and issue that is no fault of my own, on a £415.99 order. When questioning this and the policy of returning international faulty orders; I got back 'as the stains only minor ones and can easily be removed. Similarly in the black article, there is cutwork which usually does contain minor burn marks due to the production procedure.' Minor burn marks due to the production procedure - that important point is not stated anywhere on the website. BE AWARE OF THIS POINT. Put it in capitals so you don't miss this. And the burn marks are anything but minor on my clothes. LAAM are stating brands and authorized distributors are burning their branded items during the production process and that is how it will come to us. (Maybe) For the stain - it has not been removed when washed and now I will have to spend more money to get it dry cleaned. Now they have upped the compensation to 10% but can only go that high because they are worried about their profit margins. That does not mean anything to me, since I have lost money and down two "branded" items which I can not wear. I have a 14 email chain still in progress and we still have no solution in this issue, just the offer of compensation: 10% compensation on the stains outfit and 15% with the other two outfits. £56.16 (10%) = £5.62 £42.33 (15%) = £8.42 together £98.49 = £14.04 So I will still have paid £84.45 / 30825 PKR on two items I can not wear. Now they have not emailed me since.
