Their customer support is good.. I had to return a parcel from MEERAL and they guided me to return forms and then refunded my amount with 2 way delivery charges too.
The next I'll have to order something, I'll order it through LAAM. In case I don't like the brand's outfit, I'll be relaxed that I ordered through laam.
