I ordered a dress 2 months before Eid. It didn't delivered on time and got delayed and even after that I didn't receive my parcel yet. They gave wrong instruction to the courier company to leave the parcel without signature and they left it without any sort of notification call or email even the tracking history was showing the wrong info. I still didn't get my parcel yet. I made a mistake I choose laam for the delivery. I should had ordered a dress through designer directly. There customer service is even so bad. They have a standard reply for every question. This is totally absurd. I paid 55000 for the dress which I didn't even receive. Kindly don't use this website if you are using it for international deliveries. I want my refund I wont be paying for the thing I never received.
