They scammed me. I ordered couple of dresses from laam few weeks ago, but the quality of one of the dresses wasn’t good so I returned it straight away. They confirmed that they received the parcel back but I waited for more than 2 weeks to get my money back but in the end they transferred just 2800 rupees out of 20,000 and told me that they have refunded the whole amount. Didn’t give me transfer details or anything else where I showed them my account and all the proofs where all the details and the amount refunded was clearly mentioned. So be careful as I am definitely not going to buy from them again.
