I placed an order from Laam Sahiba by Mirza. They send me an email close to the last day of dispatch and mentioned that my order will be a bit late. And gave me a new dispatch date. When that date passed and i did not received any confirmation email that they have dispatched my order. I send them a message on WhatsApp, i found out that they totally forgot about my order. The dresses are poor quality fabric and most of all the stitching is horrible. I ordered Medium after checking their size guide but they are way smaller. Especially the shoulders, armhole and chest. There's literally no space so i can alter them, but i can't do anything about the shoulder. I waited for more than 2 months to receive my order. Such a waist of money to send faulty items all the way to Australia which I paid decent shipping charges. And no one is happy to help me, very poor customer service 😢
