Nothing wrong with the labels or the delivery. I hope the following helps improve the "label printing advice". It says there to use the bypass tray. This is what we did but repeatedly the printing did not fit the labels. Eventually we decided to use the paper tray - and it worked perfectly. Whether that is something to do with our particular printer (Samsung ML-1915) or whether it is a general thing I don't know but it would not work using the bypass tray but it did when we used the paper tray.
