I opened an account to place bets on Grand National Day and between races I won around £50. I had deposited money from both PayPal and my bank. When I tried to withdraw £30 into PayPal I was told I could only withdraw it into my bank. That supposedly went through but I have not yet received it. I then tried to withdraw the remaining £22 and was informed my account was suspended for security. I then went to chat and was told to send documents as proof. Utility bill, driving licence with photo held up to my face. Photo of both sides of bank card with first four digits and last four but to hide security number. This is an invasion of privacy and absolute ridiculous. I have given up communicating with them as it's all too stressful. I just want my account closed and they can keep my money but worried now about being scammed and fraud.
