He was patient and very response and got stuck into the problem straight away. He helped me understand what the problem was and what it was exactly that had went wrong. This man (Dan from VIP SUPPORT) pin pointed the exact problem and resolved the issue without any delay or excuses. He could have just shrugged me off or given me a load of old excuses for why he couldn't resolve my issue but he didn't. He was VERY HELPFUL and polite and spoke to me in layman's terms so I could understand exactly what he was doing to help me. A BIG THUMBS UP too DAN FROM VIP SUPPORT BECAUSE YOU MADE MY DAY. You were just so helpful, thank you. I wish all support members we're as helpful and polite as he was. He also went out of his way to explain in detail the 30% wager rule, explaining it bit by bit and slowly so I understood. He really was very helpful and I hope if I have any more problems or any issues that the support member I receive is Dan or someone that is as useful as he was.
