The deductions come from a particularly poor experience I have had with the casino games over a 6 month period in which the games appear to be having a particularly negative bias towards me on a consistent basis and hope to prove this through analysing the data from my past bets. Joe was extremely helpful with this request and deserves credit for dealing with it patiently and efficiently. EDIT: at the request of ladbrokes to edit this review I have changed it to a 4/5. customer support is 2nd to none the majority of the time, don't get me wrong there. Nearly always get a quick response and a responsive and engaging support agent. Will leave the star deduction due to an inferior gaming controls system for betting on the site compared with what some rivals offer.
