It has made my day,well Alethea has made my day lol.i have been looking for my a bonus I had and couldn't find it,not only was she very helpful and friendly and fast to locate my bonus,cheekily I told alethea about me not being able to get to the shop to get a paysafe and could I have a couple of spins expecting to be told sorry we can't do it from that end but to my delight alethea came back almost straight away and gave me some spins,,I was so impressed by aletheas performance I asked her could I do the survey and I am doing it now before I have even had a spin,,,thank you so much alethea & ladbrokes you a star
