very poor customer service! placed the same bet as my mate which was given a cashout feature and was able to cashout. I had rang up about the issue that had happened and was told that "LADBROKES treat customers differently, and is stated in the terms and conditions which is why he got a cash out and I didn't".
I was also told that "we wouldn't be a business if they weren't able to take away the cashout feature from someone who puts more money on the same bet".
none of this is stated in the terms and conditions....
lied to and not trusted.
