Ordered ladder for next day delivery and now won't arrive until Monday. Didn't get an email or a call, only after I chased them at 1.30 did i found out there was an issue supposedly there was an problem didnt really undeertsand what the problem was ...could have let me know so I can source them elsewhere cheers. Won't be using again. Will drop to a 1 star if they don't arrive Monday.
As predicted nearly a week ago still no ladder 5 days later after ordering 9.30 on Thursday and expecting next say delivery.
