After placing an order back in December no scooter was received, got all the emails blaming COVID, blaming brexit but at the end of the day all companies are in the same position. After promises of it coming every other day still nothing so we decided to ask for a full refund. Email back saying refund would be 3 days, 10 days later and nothing and now they don’t respond. I’ve got my suspicions that this is a fraudulent company, stay well clear people! Joke of a company. Update 15/02 - Still no refund and your email to me on 05/02 contradicts your reply below, Has or hasn't my refund been processed as its still not received.
