Ordered 2 scooters for my boys, after delays with shipping which I accepted and waited patiently, the scooters broke. Over a month on still waiting for it to be fixed as they offered to send parts out for me to fix myself, however as these parts are riveted on I haven’t a clue where to start. Told me to take it to a scooter shop and they will pay reasonable costs but won’t say what they are. The only place local is Halfords. Then asked me to post it back to them and provide my own packaging but still awaiting a postal label. It’s still under warranty yet I am being messed about. I would never buy from this company again and may have to seek legal help now to get somewhere.
